Sri Shakthi Sumanan provides an online spiritual learning platform that offers courses, lessons, and educational content focused on spiritual growth, meditation, and personal development. Our service includes:

• Access to spiritual courses and lessons
• Video content and educational materials
• Progress tracking and learning analytics
• Community features and support

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll in a paid course, you agree to pay the specified fees. Payment terms include:

• All fees are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is required before accessing course content
• Refunds may be available within 30 days of purchase, subject to our refund policy
• Course access is granted for the lifetime of the course unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Sri Shakthi Sumanan or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sri Shakthi Sumanan excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms whether express or implied.

Sri Shakthi Sumanan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
